Description
Rat Anti-Human CD8A monoclonal antibody for FC. Rat anti Human CD8 antibody, clone YTC182.20 recognizes the human CD8 cell surface antigen, a 30/32kD glycoprotein expressed by the cytotoxic/suppressor subset of T lymphocytes, and more weakly by NK cells. Rat anti Human CD8 antibody, clone YTC182.20 recognizes a different epitope from clone YTC141.1. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells or cells or 100ul whole blood. Applications：FC
