Mouse Anti-Human CD8B monoclonal antibody for FC. Mouse anti Human CD8 antibody, clone Bu88 recognizes the alpha-chain of human CD8, a 32kD glycoprotein expressed by the cytotoxic-suppressor subset of T cells and weakly by NK cells. CD8 functions as a receptor for MHC Class I molecules. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul. Applications：FC
