Mo-1.1 recognizes the key cell cycle regulator cdk7, which is essential to activate the cdk2 kinase in G1 phase and the cdc2 kinase in G2/M phase. The antibody is useful for cell cycle analysis, cell proliferation studies and for immunohistochemistry
