Mouse anti-Human CEACAM8 monoclonal antibody for FC. Mouse anti Human CD66b antibody, clone 80H3 reacts with the CGM6 gene product of the carcinoembryonic gene family. This is a 95-100kDa GPI anchored molecule. CD66b is expressed strongly by mature granulocytes and metamyelocytes, and weakly by bone marrow myelocytes.
