Description
Goat Anti-Human Collagen Type IV polyclonal antibody for ICC, ELISA. Applications：Suitable for use in immunocytochemistry (frozen sections only, 1:20 – 1:40) and ELISA (1:1,000 – 1:4,000). Please note that harsh chemicals or procedures involving heat may denature collagen epitopes needed for proper binding. We recommend avoiding such applications when using this antibody. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
