Description
Rat Anti-Mouse FCER2A monoclonal antibody for FC. Rat anti Mouse CD23 antibody, clone 2G8 recognizes the murine CD23 cell surface antigen, a ~49kDa glycoprotein expressed by most mature B cells, and also on some T cells, macrophages and platelets. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity fc receptors.
