Description
GAP-43, also called neuromodulin, B-50, pp46 and F1, is a neuron-specific, membrane-associated phosphoprotein involved in axonal growth and found in neurons undergoing regeneration.The antiserum was raised against a synthetic C-terminal peptide of GAP-43.
