Performs great in WB and IF studies.
Application Area:
WB / IF / IP
This antibody is great. It gives very strong signal for WB and IF. I've also used it in IP. You should always optimize the dilution of the antibody for best results in your samples. For IF, I used it to detect CFP tagged proteins and it worked beautifully. It shows no background in WBs.
