Description
Whole Guinea Pig IgG secondary antibodies are isolated from antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography. The antibody is conjugated to Fluorescein-5-isothiocyanate (FITC-isomer 1) and is commonly used for ICC and ELISA. Based on immunoelectrophoresis and/or ELISA, the antibody reacts with whole molecule guinea pig IgG. It also reacts with the light chains of other guinea pig immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins
