I have used Abcam’s ChIP-grade antibodies against H3K4me1, H3K4me2, and H3K27ac, and I found them to be of outstanding quality. High quality antibody.
ChIP and Hi ChIP
I always get high quality and repeatable results with this antibody. I usually use 2.5 ul to 5 ul for 3 to 5 million of cells for each ChIP. It performs pretty well, and has very small variability among different lots.
