Western blot
I used this product to generate an idea of how much citrullinated histone 3 protein was being produced by my cell type during infection versus non-infected cells. My cells do not produce a lot of CH3 overall, but this antibody was very sensitive and was able to pick up on the smallest amounts of protein during infection. In addition, the antibody was consistent among multiple experiments in the context of its sensitivity. This is a great antibody to use if one is looking for a pretty sensitive antibody to the CH3 protein in immune cells.

Western blotting
I mostly get one thick band (at 17kDa) which is for H3cit, with ECL in 1 minute exposure with 30ug of the total protein. This antibody is highly specific to the antigen. it has worked for me since my first trial. the results are of course reproducible.
