Description
HE-182 reacts with human blood group H type 5 and type 6 as confirmed with Chembiomed synthetic oligosaccharide-BSA conjugate in ELISA. It is expressed on endothelial cells, epithelial cells and granulocytes. Increased expression of this antigen has been observed on some tumor tissues such as gastric carcinomas, urothelial carcinomas, and colon carcinomas.Positive control: Colon cancer
