Description
For phenotyping of malignant T-cell lymphomas and for the evaluation of cytotoxic/suppressor T-cells. CT 8 recognizes the 30 kD human T- cytotoxic/ suppressor lymphocyte cell surface antigen (T8), expressed on blood lymphocytes. The antigen is also present on NK-cells and on approx. 80 % of thymocytes
