Inducible co-stimulator (ICOS) is an inducible homodimeric costimulator protein that is structurally and functionally related to CD28. It is a third member of the CD28/CTLA4 family and it is expressed on activated T cells.1ICOS regulates CD28-dependent and CD28-independent CD4 (+) subset (Th1 and Th2) responses.2 ICOS is a major regulator of the adaptive immune system and therefore, has a protective role in inflammatory autoimmune diseases.3
- Clonality: Polyclonal
- Host: Goat
- Reactivity: Human
- Conjugate: Antigen Affinity Purified
- Gene: 29851
- Quantity: 100 µg
- Storage: The lyophilized antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody can be stored desiccated at -20°C to -70°C for twelve months from date of receipt. The reconstituted antibody can be stored for at least four weeks at 2-8°C. For long-term storage of the reconstituted antibody, aseptically aliquot into working volumes and store at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. No detectable loss of activity was observed after six months.
