Sheep anti-Human IgG Fc polyclonal antibody for ID.. This product recognises the Fc fragment of human IgG. The use of 3% PEG 6000 with 1.2% agarose in a suitable buffer (such as Tris borate EDTA or Tris barbital (pH ≥ 8.2) is recommended.
