Description
Mouse Anti-Human IL18R1 monoclonal antibody for FC. Mouse anti Human CD218a antibody, clone H44 recognizes the human IL-18 receptor alpha chain also known as CDw218a. This receptor is expressed by T and B lymphocytes, at low levels in resting cells and at higher levels following stimulation by IL-12. IL-18 binding requires both the IL-18 alpha and beta chains. Mouse anti human CD218a antibody, clone H44 has been shown to block the binding of recombinant IL-18 to the receptor. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells or cells or 100ul whole blood. Applications：FC
