Description
Rabbit anti-Bovine IL1B polyclonal antibody for ELISA. Rabbit anti Bovine Interleukin-1 beta antibody recognizes bovine interleukin-1 beta (IL-1 beta). IL-1 beta is principally expressed by macrophages, and plays an important immunomodulatory role in the bovine immune response. Rabbit anti Bovine Interleukin-1 beta antibody recognizes both native and recombinant bovine IL-1 beta. No detectable cross-reactivity was observed with human, mouse or rat IL-1 beta. ELISA This anti interleukin-1β:biotin conjugate may be used in a direct ELISA or as the detection reagent in a sandwich ELISA with recombinantIL-1β as the standard and either anti IL-1β:azidefree or antiIL-1β:purifiedas the capture reagents.
