Description
Mouse Anti-Rat IL2RA monoclonal antibody for FC. Mouse anti Rat CD25 antibody, clone NDS 61 recognizes the rat CD25 cell surface antigen, a 55kD molecule that is the low affinity alpha chain of the IL-2 receptor. recognizes a different epitope on CD25 to the OX-39 clone. Mouse anti Rat CD25 antibody, clone NDS 61 is reported to block IL-2 induced cell proliferation. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. Applications：FC
