Description
Rat Anti-Mouse IL2RA monoclonal antibody for FC. Rat anti Mouse CD25 antibody, clone PC61.5.3 reacts with the low affinity alpha chain of the interleukin-2 receptor present on activated T and B cells in mice. Rat anti Mouse CD25 antibody, clone PC61.5.3 is reported to inhibit IL-2 binding and IL-2 dependent proliferation. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1 x 106 cells in 100ul. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors. Applications：FC
