Description
Mouse Anti-Human IL2RB monoclonal antibody for FC. This product recognises the human CD122 cell surface glycoprotein, a 70-75kD molecule also known as the IL-2 receptor Beta-chain. CD122 is expressed by a subset of lymphocytes and NK cells, and is an important component of both the IL-2 and IL-15 receptor complexes. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells or 100ul of whole blood. Applications：FC
