Description
Mouse Anti-Human ITGB2 monoclonal antibody for FC. Mouse anti Human CD18 antibody, clone Bu86 recognize human CD18 (integrin beta 2 subunit), a 90kD type I transmembrane protein which is expressed on all leucocytes. CD18 can combine with integrin molecules CD11a – c to form heterodimers at the cell surface. These heterodimers are known to participate in the process of cell adhesion as well as cell-surface mediated signalling. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul. Applications：FC
