Description
Mouse anti-Human KIR2DL3 monoclonal antibody for FC. Mouse anti Human CD158b antibody, clone 190IIC311 recognizes human KIR2DL3, a 58kD glycoprotein that is a member of the immunoglobulin-like receptor (KIR) family, and is also known as CD158b. CD158b is primarily expressed on a subset of natural killer (NK) cells and functions as a receptor that binds to HLA class I molecules, including HLA-Cw3 and related HLA-C alleles. Mouse anti Human CD158b, clone 190IIC311 reacts with an extracellular domain of KIR2DL3 but does not recognize related KIR2DL family members KIR2DL1 and KIR2DS4. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. Applications:FC
