Description
Mouse Anti-Human LAMP1 monoclonal antibody for FC. Mouse anti Human CD107a antibody, clone B-T47 specifically recognizes human CD107a, otherwise known as LAMP-1 (lysosome-associated membrane protein-1), a 100-120kDa type I integral lysosomal membrane glycoprotein and member of the LAMP family, which transfers between lysosomes, phagosomes and the plasma membrane, and may play a role in lysosomal membrane protection and in lectin-mediated cell adhesion. Studies have linked enhanced CD107a expression with the metastatic potential of some tumour cells, and with neurones and glial cells surrounding plaques in Alzheimer's patients. CD107a may also serve as a marker of mast cell activation. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul. Applications：FC
