Ectodysplasin A receptor, also known as EDAR is a cell surface receptor of the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) family involved in the development of hair follicles, teeth, and sweat glands. 1 EDAR is the genetic determinant of hair thickness as well as a strong contributor to hair fiber thickness variation among Asian populations. 2

For long-term storage of the reconstituted antibody, aseptically aliquot into working volumes and store at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. No detectable loss of activity was observed after six months.
