Description
Frizzled-4 (FZD4) is a Frizzled Receptor involved in mediating Wnt signaling that is widely expressed, particularly in heart, skeletal muscle, ovary, and fetal kidney. FZD4 functions as a ligand-receptor pair to control vascular development in the retina and inner ear.1 Fz4 expression may play a critical role in responses to Wnt signaling in the tumor microenvironment.2

The reconstituted biotin conjugate can be stored for at least four weeks at 2-8°C. For long-term storage of the reconstituted conjugate, aseptically aliquot into working volumes and store at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. No detectable loss of activity was observed after six months.
