Description
EBS-T-236 reacts with sugar moieties of MUC1, an apical cell side epithelial marker which is upregulated or switched on in the majority of carcinomas. EBS-T-236 is excellent as solid phase antibody for CA15-3 tumor marker tests, e.g. in combination with DF3 or EBS-T-236 itself as tracer antibody.Positive control: MCF-7 or MDA-231 cells. Breast, colon, ovarian, endometrial carcinoma.
