Description
Mouse Anti-Human NCAM1 monoclonal antibody for FC. Mouse anti Human CD56 antibody, clone C5.9 recognizes human Neural cell adhesion molecule 1 (NCAM-1), also known as CD56, MSK39 or NKH-1. CD56 isa a 858 amino acid ~120kDa (depending on isoform) single pass type I transmembrane glycoprotein containing 2 fibronectin type-III domains and five Ig-like C2-type domains (UniProt: P13591). CD56 is axpressed on all NK-cells and can be used as a pan-NK marker. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells or 100ul whole blood. Applications：FC
