Description

Phenylethanolamine-N-methyltransferase (PNMT) is an enzyme converting noradrenaline to adrenaline. The enzyme is present in adrenomedullary cells and in the brain neurons. Absorption with 10-100 µg immunogen per ml diluted antiserum abolishes the staining
