Description
Prp19p was described to be a lipid droplet-associated protein (Cho et al., 2007). However, it does not belong to the PLIN/PAT familily of lipid droplet-associated proteins and preferentially is a member of the spliceosomal complex. In addition Prp19p protein was also found in the nuclei of cultured cells (Ohi et al., 2005).Reactivity on cultured cell lines: PLC, SV80
