Description
Mouse Anti-Human S100A9 monoclonal antibody for FC. Mouse anti Human macrophages, clone MAC387 recognizes the L1 or Calprotectin molecule, an intracytoplasmic antigen comprised of a 12kD alpha chain and a 14kD beta chain. The antigen recognized by clone MCA387 is expressed by granulocytes, monocytes and by tissue macrophages. Variable results have been reported for staining brain macrophages and microglia. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul. Applications：FC
