Description
Rabbit Anti-Shigella Polyclonal antibody for IF. Applications：Suitable for use in direct IFA. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining. Spot suspension of bacteria onto slide. Air dry. Fix slide with 100% Acetone for 5 minutes at room temperature. Air dry. Stain. Enzyme amplification following reaction with FITC conjugate can also be accomplished utilizing enzyme-antibody conjugates specific to FITC. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
