Description
Rat Anti-Mouse SLAMF1 monoclonal antibody for FC. Rat anti Mouse CD150 antibody, clone 9D1 recognizes murine CD150, also known as signalling lymphocyte activation molecule (SLAM) . Murine CD150 is a 75kDa cell surface glycoprotein that is expressed on T-cells and B-cells, and has been shown to be upregulated on activated T-cells and stimulated macrophages. Reports suggest that the extracellular domain of CD150 is the receptor for the measles virus and acts as a co-activator on T-cells and B-cells. Rat anti Mouse CD150 antibody, clone 9D1 is reported to have functional activity. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity fc receptors. Applications：FC
