Description
Rat Anti-Mouse SLAMF1 monoclonal antibody for FC. Rat anti Mouse CD150 antibody, clone 9D1 recognizes murine CD150, also known as signalling lymphocyte activation molecule (SLAM) . Murine CD150 is a 75kDa cell surface glycoprotein that is expressed on T-cells and B-cells, and has been shown to be upregulated on activated T-cells and stimulated macrophages. Reports suggest that the extracellular domain of CD150 is the receptor for the measles virus and acts as a co-activator on T-cells and B-cells. Rat anti Mouse CD150 antibody, clone 9D1 is reported to have functional activity. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul.; The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity fc receptors.
