Description
CD43 is a 95/100 – 135 kD cell-surface glycoprotein, expressed in high amounts on all leucocytes (except most resting B-lymphocytes). MT1 is an excellent marker for acute lymphoblastic lymphomas; the antibody is reactive with all T-cells, immature B-cells, histiocytes and myeloid cells. In Western blot analysis MT1 binds to glycoproteins of 95/100, 110 and 190 kD. Positive control: Tonsil
