Description
UCHL1 reacts with 185 kDa leukocyte surface protein present on 48% of peripheral blood T lymphocytes, 37% of CD4+, 19% of CD8+ lymphocytes, 80% of thymocytes, granulocytes and monocytes. The antigen is not expressed on B cells.Positive control: Tonsil, thymus.
