Description
Goat Anti-Human Tissue Factor Pathway Inhibitor polyclonal antibody for WB. This product recognises tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI), also known as Lipoprotein-associated coagulation inhibitor (LACI). TFPI is a protease inhibitor that helps to maintain haemostasis by inhibiting factor Xa and the Factor VIIa/Tissue factor (TF) complex. TFPI is also reported to associate with lipoproteins in plasma. Western Blotting detects a band of approximately 50kDa in HeLa cell lysates. A minimum incubation time of 1 hours is recommended for this antibody. Applications：WB
