Description
Mouse Anti-Rat TNFRSF4 monoclonal antibody for FC. Mouse anti Rat CD134 antibody, clone OX-40 recognizes the OX40 antigen which is present on activated T lymphocytes that also express CD4. The antigen is a glycoprotein of approximately 50kD molecular weight which is related in sequence to the low affinity Nerve Growth Factor Receptor. Mouse anti Rat CD134 antibody, clone OX-40 is not mitogenic, but does enhance some T cell responses. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul.
