Description
Rat Anti-Mouse TNFSF8 monoclonal antibody for FC. Rat anti Mouse CD153 antibody, clone RM153 recognizes murine CD153, also known as (CD30 ligand), a 40kDa type II transmembrane protein belonging to the TNF superfamily. In the mouse CD153 is expressed primarily on activated CD4+ve T cells. The interaction of CD153 with its ligand CD30 is reported to enhance the proliferation of anti-CD3/CD28 co-stimulated T-cells. Clone RM153 is reported to block the functional binding of CD153 and can be used to inhibit the binding of murine CD30 to CD153. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity fc receptors.
