Description
Mouse Anti-Triiodothyronine monoclonal antibody for ELISA(Cap), ELISA(Det), EIA. Applications：Works in ELISA. Can be used as a capture or detection antibody in enzyme-immunoassays. As a capture, the antibody should be immobilized at a concentration of 3ug/ml in 0.2M carbonate/bicarbonate buffer; use 50-100ul/well to coat. As a detection, the antibody can be conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) or biotin as a means of elaborating the specific reaction. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
