Description
Aurora kinase A-interacting protein (AURKAIP1) acts as a negative regulator of aurora-A kinase by down-regulation through proteasome-dependent degradation. AURKAIP1 ubiquitously expressed and especially highly expressed in heart, skeletal muscle and testis.
