Description
Beta-lactoglobulin is the primary component of whey protein in milk. Bovine beta-lactoglobulin binds retinol and is involved in the transport of retinol. Under physiological conditions, beta-lactoglobulin exists as an equilibrium mixture of monomeric and dimeric forms.
