Western blot
I have been using this product for a long time with different primary antibodies, and the results have been outstanding in all of them. Also, once I ran a western blot and realized that the secondary antibody was gone, I had to use another antibody (a different brand). It was clear that quality and sensitivity were not the same. I had to repeat the experiment. So, now I double-check my reactive before starting an experiment.

Western blot
My blots came out really well and after I stripped the membrane, there was no carryover. I saw only the bands I expected to with no non-specific binding. Will use again.

Excellent sensitivity and specificity
Western Blot
Ab6721 is an extremely consistent, sensitive reagent. I have performed over 300 Western Blots using it without a hitch. It is very amenable to dilution to ca ~ 1:50,000 and still provides excellent signal.
