Description
GST (Glutathione S-transferase) is an enzyme that conjugates reduced glutathione to a wide number of exogenous and endogenous hydrophobic electrophiles. GST is a honotrimer that binds one molecule of glutathione. GST is also used as a fusion protein to express active recombinant proteins in expression system.
