WB, IHC, and IF
We bought this antibody for some tests on WB, IHC, and IF. However, it did not work at all for all our experiments. For example, it showed around ten bands from 20 kDa to 150 kDa on our WB. So its specificity is very poor. However, the company sent us another HAT antibody (orb224565) that is specific. Also, most antibodies can be used for WB, not for IF, the antibody P63, for example.
