Description
HSP-90 beta (Heat shock protein HSP 90-beta) is a homodimer with ATPase activity and functions as a molecular chaperone. HSP-90 beta is involved in the negative regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic processes, and has a positive regulation of nitric oxide biosenthetic processes.
