Description
Ketoprofen, a proprionic acid non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), is an inhibitor of prostaglandin production via reversible inhibition of COX-1 and COX-2. Ketoprofen is commonly used in the treatment of pain associated with arthritis and severe toothache.
