Description
Mouse Anti-Human BNP monoclonal antibody for ELISA. Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with immune complex formed by Fab-fragment of BNP-specific MAb 36D6 (Cat.# DMAB-L21064) and synthetic human BNP. Applications：BNP and proBNP sandwich immunoassays (detection), only as a pair to MAb DMAB-L21064.
