Description
Rabbit Anti-Rat CaMK II (Phospho T286) polyclonal antibody for WB. This product is specific for rat calcium/calmodulin kinase II (CaMK II) alpha and CaMK II beta, when phosphorylated at Thr286. CaMKII is a multi-functional calcium and calmodulin-dependent kinase which has an important role in cell signalling and becomes autonomously active when phosphorylated at Thr286. Western Blotting detects bands of approximately 50 and 60 kDa in rat brain lysates, corresponding to CaMKII alpha and CaMK II beta respectively. Applications：WB
