Description
Rabbit Anti-Human CDC2 (Phospho Y15) polyclonal antibody for WB. This product is specific for cell division cycle 2 (CDC2), when phosphorylated at Tyr15. CDC2 is a serine kinase which plays an important role in the regulation of the cell cycle, mediating progression from G2 to M phase. Phosphorylation of tyrosine 15 results in inactivation of CDC2. Western Blotting detects a band of approximately 34kDa in human T47D cell lysates. Applications：WB
