Mouse Anti-DENV Nonstructural Protein 1 Monoclonal antibody for EIA, IFA, ELISA (Det). Applications：Suitable for use in ELISA, Lateral flow and IFA. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Reliable and cost-effective
Immunoblotting
For immunoblotting purposes this antibody is very reliable; yield reproducible results, can and be reused at least three times if diluted (1:1000) in 3% BSA/TBS-T and stored at 4 degrees in between uses, and shows high specificity to target antigen (only weak unspecific bands were detected when 75ug/lane of cell lysate was loaded).
